Our sea view studio is located at the waterfront of Blue Marine Dive Resort in Gili Air. We offer everyday drop-in classes good for all levels. Each of our classes is unique; whilst the movement vocabulary will always stay the same, the sequencing, themes and focus of each practice will vary. The different asanas help to strengthen your body the muscles to become long and lean; you will gain flexibility as well as overall improved mobility in the joints. It improves your spacial awareness, proprioception, and helps all internal systems of the body function optimally. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blocked energy and emotional flow throughout your body.
Our Vinyasa Flow Class is inspired by the moves and sounds of the ocean. Using a series of poses, this school of yoga moves your body through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
Our Morning Flow class is a mix between Vinyasa flow and Hatha: moving with the rithm of the inhalation and the exhalation, we also hold asanas for at least 5 breaths to explore the position and aligment of muscles and bone structure.
Expect to sweat and increase your heartbeat in these lessons, but also to relax and develop stamina, focus and patience.
Yin yoga is a seated practice in which you'll cultivate awareness and mindfulness whilst holing poses for a longer duration of time (3-5 minutes). Yin improves flexibility and softening of the body; a perfect complement to your yang asana practice.

Tridosha / Traditional Hatha
The Tridosha series helps restore the energy balance in the three Doshas of the body (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). According to Ayurveda, Dosha is one of three substances that are present in a person’s body and the combination of the three of them is what makes us different one from a nother.
There are 4 types of Tridosha practiced at Mandalablue: the basic sequence, Standing sequence, Sitting sequence and Sun Salutations or Surya Namaskar. In all of them, we practice with our eyes closed, we invite to drop the Conscious mind and practice from a higher state of the Mind-soul, using our bodies to target the Subconscious mind, aka Superconscious. Expect to end up very relaxed and more connected with yourself after this meditative practice.
Perfect for the ones initiating in the asana practice. We use props to help you understand the fundaments and aligment of every posture (asana) and to understand the basic sequence of Sun Salutations A and B so you can get ready for the next level.
